Winter Pet Care
Following tips will help protect their pets from the cold of winter.
Keep your cat indoors. Although by their nature, cats prefer the outdoors, cats can easily freeze in the winter. In addition, cats can transmit infectious diseases such as rabies, to other cats, dogs and pets.
During winter, cats often sleep under the hoods of cars. So special care must be taken when the engine starts, so that the cat is not injured or killed by the fan belt. A good measure is to hit the hood of the car with force before starting the engine. Read the rest of this entry »
